1. What we collect
- Forms you send us: when you request access, ask for pricing, subscribe to news or ask about a tool, we keep the name, company, email address, phone number (if you give one) and message you enter, and the time you sent them.
- Download requests: when you ask for a demo download we keep your name, email address and the product, and email you a link that expires. If the download comes with a trial license, the license is issued to that email address.
- Visit statistics: our own server counts page views, without cookies. A random id kept in your browser tab's sessionStorage links the pages of one visit; it is deleted when you close the tab and no other website can read it. Unique visitors per day are counted with a one-way code made from your network address and browser type with a key that changes every day and is discarded after 48 hours; neither your address nor your browser string is stored. We record the page, the referring website, campaign tags (utm_ parameters in the link), a screen-size class, the device type (desktop, mobile or tablet), the browser family, the time the page was visible and how far it was scrolled. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is recorded.
- Server logs: technical records of requests (time, address, page, result), kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Theme preference: if you pick light or dark, your browser remembers it locally. It is not sent to us.
2. What we do not do
- No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking cookies and no tracking pixels.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. How we use information
To answer your requests, send the downloads and licenses you asked for, tell you about our products if you asked us to, see which pages are useful and keep the site secure.
4. Where it is stored
On servers operated by ILX Studio, LLC in the United States.
5. How long we keep it
Visit statistics are kept in detail for 90 days and as daily totals after that. Form entries and download requests are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to answer you.
6. Your choices and rights
To get a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@ilxstudio.com. To stop visit statistics, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests.
